Reading Notes: Mahabharata Tiny Tales pt. iii

 - Duryodhana got kidnapped by a gandharva

- his cousins the Pandavas sent each other to rescue him despite all the evil he had done in their lives

- the Pandavas were dumb and thirsty so they avoided the crane's question to drink and then died

- all 4 were revived and the crane/ yaksha became Yama

- they hid in disguise their 13h year as random people in the court of King Virata 

- Kichaka the Queen's brother became obsessed with Draupadi and she pleaded to both him and the Quessn for him to leave her alone

- Welp Kichaka is now a big ball of flesh because of Bhima

- Lots of war and then the Pandavas get to come out of hiding and take on their royal form

- Krishna gave his armies to Duryodhana and himself to Arjuna 

- Balarama thought that the fighting was dumb and senseless

- Krishna's mission to stop the war did not help

- Krishna revealed himself to Arjuna as God

- the war lasted 18 days and soooo many people died because of it

- It seems as though so much is riding on Karna and that he alone also has the power to stop the war yet he always refuses
